BACKGROUND
Brockworth Gardens is a design & build project in a popular residential area of Salford, close to a busy Synagogue. The styling of the properties combines both traditional and contemporary design themes – features such as eaves balconies and dorma windows help to create unique homes with an impressive presence.
WORK
The development presented significant drainage challenges at the outset, requiring extensive groundworks to achieve the correct solution. Retaining walls, boundary treatments and storm water attenuation provision all required careful design and installation before construction of the homes could begin.
Brockworth Gardens features six semi-detached 5/6-bedroom houses and a block of three executive apartments. Attention to detail inside and out and a high standard of interior fittings maintains a distinctive, high quality ambience throughout each home.
