BACKGROUND
St Bede’s View is one of Cassel & Fletcher’s most prestigious recent design & build projects. The development has brought a remediated brownfield site back into use, transforming the locality with an attractive, traditionally-styled range of 42 apartments within Appleton Village.
The concept underpinning St. Bede’s View is one of a community, built with traditional methods but also meeting all the needs of the contemporary marketplace.
WORK
The design of St Bede’s View follows a communal courtyard format, which also provides ample secure carparking for all residents. The main entrance features a suspended gated portal between the two main buildings. Overall, four blocks have been built around the courtyard.
The new build project comprises 36 two-bedroom and 6 one-bedroom apartments. A selection of the ground floor properties feature patio areas, while other apartments have Juliette balconies as part of their specification.
The project was completed ahead of time and below budget, thanks to Cassel & Fletcher’s rigorous project management and a co-ordinated team ethos supported by all our valued partners.
