D&B conversion of old care home into 34 new residential apartments in Stalybridge.
The residential scheme, saw the conversion of the building into 34 apartments spanning over 3 floors. Cassel & Fletcher acquired the building in November 2020 and was the lead contractors on the scheme, which involved rebuilding a collapsed retaining wall and refurbishing the interior of the building whilst keeping to the
 requirements of the conversation area.
