Cassel & Fletcher are delighted to have secured planning for one of Rochdale’s historic mills.
Originally built in the 1800’s, it has since been occupied by Littlewoods, McDonalds and more recently PoundWorld.
Planning includes 22 brand new modern apartments, with 7 retail units spanning the ground and lower ground floors.
